When you're within 5% of your plan's Birthday Club member limit, we'll email you to flag that an upgrade is required.
There's a short grace period if you exceed the limit before upgrading, but we'd recommend upgrading as soon as you can after the notification, past the grace period, new sign-ups pause.
Top tip:
Add [email protected] to your contacts so that the notification doesn't end up in spam.
