If you need to alter the date of birth for a member in your birthday club, you can edit their birthdate from within the Happy Birthday app. Here's how to do it:

1. Go to the Members view within the Happy Birthday app menu:

2. Use the the search bar to locate the member whose birthdate you need to change. Within the members listing you will see a 3 dot menu [...] to the right. Click on this to reveal more options:

3. Select the Edit option:

4. You will see the Edit member form. Make your changes and then click the Save button:

This will update the birthdate associated with that member. Check the information back in the Members view to ensure it has been updated.

That's it!

If you are using one of our integrations such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp, then we recommend that any required editing of birthday data is performed within the Happy Birthday app as detailed above. Happy Birthday will then push the updated birthdate to the relevant profile of your integrated platform.
