If you enabled the Klaviyo integration after already capturing birthday sign-ups, those existing members won't be automatically pushed to your Klaviyo account.
To sync them, please get in touch and we'll schedule it in for you. We aim to complete these within 48 hours.
How does it work?
When we push contacts from Happy Birthday into Klaviyo, we generate a unique Birthday Discount Link for each one and push it across along with their email address and name.
If the contact already exists in Klaviyo, we'll only append the Birthday Discount Link and date of birth to their existing profile.
