If you enabled the Mailchimp integration after already capturing birthday sign-ups, those existing members won't be automatically pushed to Mailchimp. Get in touch and we'll sync them for you.
How does it work?
When we push contacts from Happy Birthday into Mailchimp, we generate a unique Birthday Discount Link for each one and push it across along with their email address and name. If the contact already exists in Mailchimp, we'll only append the Birthday Discount Link and date of birth to their existing profile.
The Birthday Discount Link will be available in Mailchimp ready to use as the call to action link in your Birthday email template.
