Require double opt-in by subscribing contacts to a Klaviyo list

When you enable our Klaviyo integration, new Birthday Club members are sent directly into Klaviyo as new contacts. By default, we add them to your main Klaviyo audience.

If you'd like new sign-ups to go through a double opt-in process instead, all you need to do is get in touch and let us know your Klaviyo List ID.

In Klaviyo, go to Audience > Lists & Segments and select your list. Click Settings from the menu at the top of the page an your List ID will be displayed.

Once you have your List ID, please get in touch and we'll update your integration.

Once we've updated your integration, new Birthday Club members will be sent to Klaviyo with a request to subscribe them to your chosen list. They'll receive a double opt-in confirmation email from Klaviyo, and once confirmed, they'll be added to your list and will enter your Birthday Email Flow.
