When enabling the Brevo integration, the Happy Birthday app does not automatically pull your existing Brevo contacts into the Happy Birthday app.

What we recommend, therefore, is that you export your contact list from Brevo and then import that list of contacts into the Happy Birthday app.

It is important that you only export contacts that have a Birthdate against their Brevo profile already. Contacts that do not have a valid Birthdate will not be imported into the Happy Birthday app.

How do I import existing customer birthdates into the app?

Once your contacts have been imported, we can schedule a task to generate all of the Birthday discount links. We will then push those links back through to the corresponding contact in your Brevo account.

The Birthday discount link is a unique url to each contact and you will see it in Brevo as a contact attribute. You can then include that contact attribute into your Brevo Birthday email campaign template.
