If you are using the Happy Birthday app to send out your Birthday emails, then please check to see if you are on a Shopify Affiliate or Development plan.

We do not send out any Birthday emails if you are on an unpaid Shopify plan. The only exception to this is for Shopify Staff plans who have unlimited sending.
