Not to worry, we understand!

We've built our Birthday sign-up forms so that you can request only the day and month of birth if you feel that your customers would prefer not to specify their year of birth. This is especially handy if you are collecting Birthday sign-ups in person using our Shopify POS feature.

From the Your campaign page, click the Edit your campaign or Change date format buttons:

...to reveal the General Settings area of the Happy Birthday app:

From the Date format dropdown choose one of the formats without the year:

Click the Save button.

All of your Birthday Sign-up Form date fields will now only ask for the birthdate in the format that you have selected, in this instance, preferably a format that doesn't ask the Customer for their year of birth.
