You can export your Birthday Club members as a CSV at any time, handy for importing into another email-sending platform like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, or Brevo etc.
How to export
Exporting your Birthday club data is very simple.
Within the Members section of the Happy Birthday app, choose your date range and filters:
Click Export:
Thats it!
You'll then be redirected to the Downloads tab where you can monitor progress. Most exports complete within seconds. Larger Members lists may show a Pending status briefly while the file is being compiled.
Once the file has completed building, click to Download CSV:
What's in the CSV?
The columns:
email— email address of the Birthday Club memberbirthday— date of birthfirst_name— first name (if captured)last_name— last name (if captured)capture_date— when they joined the Birthday Clubunsubscribed— subscriber status (Yes / No)this year email sent— date the birthday email was sent in the current calendar yearthis year email opened— date the email was openedthis year email clicked— date the link in the email was clickedthis year email discount code— the unique discount code for this calendar yearthis year email discount code used— whether the discount has been used (1 = yes, 0 = no)
