This set-up guide covers the steps you need to take to enable our Happy Birthday integration with Privy, which will then allow you to capture Birthday Club sign-ups from your existing Privy popups.

This is currently the only integration that we have with Privy.

Set-up Time: Less than 10 minutes for non-technical Merchants once Conversion Pixels have been enabled in your Privy account.

The Happy Birthday integration with Privy is very simple to enable and you'll be up and running in minutes.

Start by going to the Happy Birthday app in your Shopify store and go to the Integrations view within the main menu. There you will see the Privy integration section within the list of available integrations:

Click on the More details button and then click on the Enable Privy Integration button:

You'll see the set-up instructions and a short snippet of code specific to your store:

For Happy Birthday to connect with Privy, you will need to add that snippet of code into your Privy settings. Here's how to do it:

Copy the code that appears in the Happy Birthday Privy integration area by clicking on the copy icon within the code snippet area:

Login to the Privy app

Click on your account details in the top right of the Privy app

Select Business Settings

Click on Customizations from the left hand menu.

Paste the code that you just copied from the Happy Birthday app into the Conversion Pixels box

Hit Save

Here is how your Privy Customizations page should appear once you have pasted the code in:

The integration is now enabled within Happy Birthday.
