There may be occasions where you need to add a birthday manually to the Happy Birthday app, for example, you may be speaking with a customer over the phone, or a customer emails you to ask you to add them to your Birthday Club.

You may also just wish to add some test birthdays into Happy Birthday to make sure that the campaign is working as expected or to test that you've enabled one of our integrations correctly.

There are 3 ways you can add a birthday sign-up to Happy Birthday manually:

Select the Members view from the Happy Birthday app menu:

Existing members will be listed in this view. Click on the Add new member button:

You will then see the Add member form.

Fill it in and hit Save:

You have just created a new Birthday Sign-up. If you have any linked integrations, then they should receive that contact data shortly.

This manual method of sign-up will be reflected within the Sign up channel column of the Members listing:

The Birthday Sign-up Page is a dynamic page that is created in your store by the Happy Birthday app. It provides a landing page that allows ANY visitor to your site to sign-up to your Birthday Club, without the need to place an order on your site.

You can also use this page to manually add members to your Birthday Club.
